Behind Wild & Free GF is someone who gets the needs of those who require or prefer a gluten-free diet and lifestyle. 

Hello! My name is Lisa, and I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease about 8 years ago. This diagnosis was mostly a relief for me. I had struggled with my health for many years, and I had finally found an answer!

But…..avoiding gluten can be difficult and frustrating! Wild & Free GF is here for you! Over the years I have found myself wishing for all of the delicious foods I missed that were typically packed full of gluten. 

My missing and wishing has turned into an opportunity. An opportunity to provide not just GF items, but truly gluten-free foods without the concern for cross contact from shared cooking spaces and equipment. For so many of us, gluten-free doesn't always mean Celiac safe.

For 9 months I had the privilege of operating out of The Hive coffee House in Southwest Fort Wayne, IN. And while that experience was extremely valuable, I have decided to return to baking out of my home!
